These Terms of Use ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the GolfThru18 platform ("Service"), operated by Techtribe Software Solutions ("we", "us", or "our"). The Service is accessible via our website and mobile application. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
Use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy and Payment Terms, which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.
1. Licence
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the GolfThru18 platform for personal or organisational golf management purposes. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Techtribe Software Solutions.
2. Accounts
To access most features of the platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering, and to keep your account details up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you register on behalf of a golf club or organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to this Agreement.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service in any of the following ways: For any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable Ugandan or international law; To transmit spam, unsolicited communications, or malicious content; To attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform, other accounts, or connected systems; To reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the platform; To scrape, harvest, or systematically collect data from the platform without permission; To impersonate any person, club, or organisation; To post content that is defamatory, abusive, discriminatory, or otherwise harmful; To interfere with the normal operation of the platform or its infrastructure; To transfer or sell your account to another party.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of any content you upload or submit through the platform. By sharing content on the platform, you grant us a licence to use, display, and distribute that content as necessary to operate the Service. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates this Agreement or our policies.
5. Platform Content
All software, design, text, graphics, and other materials that form part of the GolfThru18 platform are the intellectual property of Techtribe Software Solutions or its licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute this content without our written permission.
6. Fees
Certain features of the platform require payment. Applicable fees will be clearly communicated before you complete a transaction. We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time, with notice where required.
7. Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach this Agreement, engage in illegal or harmful conduct, or if we determine that continued access poses a risk to the platform or other users. You may terminate your account at any time via the account settings.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The GolfThru18 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Service. Use of the platform is at your own risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Techtribe Software Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability in any claim shall not exceed the fees you have paid us in the 180 days preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Techtribe Software Solutions, its directors, employees, and partners harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Service, your content, or any breach of this Agreement.
11. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Uganda. Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Uganda.
12. Changes to This Agreement
We may update this Agreement from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the platform or by email. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
